VISITOR VISA Bussiness

Issued to non-immigrant traders, executives, representatives of enterprises or industries and micro entrepreneurs, who enter the country to carry out activities and/or transactions related to trade, mercantile, financial or other lucrative activities in connection with their business.

Requirements:

• Make an appointment online.
• Fill the Visa Application Form.
• Passport with at least six (6) months of validity at the time of your visa request.
• Two (2) recent, 2″ by 2″ color photographs.
• Copy of the round-trip ticket to Venezuela, or of the flight’s reservation.
• Reference letter issued by your employer, specifying:
  • Your employment position.
  • Reason for the trip.
  • Name and address of the company or companies to be contacted in Venezuela.
  • Trip’s duration.
  • Documentary proof that the company will be held responsible for the trip and economic support in Venezuela.
• Should the applicant be the owner of the company a document issued by the Commercial Registry or equivalent documentation will be required.
• A payment of $ 60.00 (the equivalent sum in Euros, at the daily exchange rate) at the Embassy of Venezuela in Austria.
